Trash Bash 2017

AUA Aims to Put the “Clear” Back in Clear Lake

The 2017 Trash Bash marks the first community service event AUA has participated in since the organization’s inception in March 2017. We had the pleasure of participating in the 24th annual cleanup of the Galveston Bay Watershed in support of the Rivers, Lakes, Bays ‘N Bayous Trash Bash® on March 25, 2017. AUA volunteers donned gloves and purple shirts to help the Trash Bash® in its goal to promote environmental stewardship.

AUA is committed to doing our part to make our world a better place. What better place to start than in our own backyard? AUA believes that our environmental resources are one of Texas’ greatest assets and it is our responsibility as Americans to protect and respect them.
